1. Introductory Workshops & Masterclasses

All registration fees and passes purchased for the Introductory RCM Workshops or Masterclasses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss the live session, you may be accommodated in the next available batch at the sole discretion of the management, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Core Fellowship Program

Enrollment in the RCG Academy Core Fellowship Program involves significant allocation of faculty time, software access, and physical study materials. Therefore, all fees paid towards the Fellowship Program are 100% non-refundable once the payment is processed. This applies regardless of whether the student attends the classes, completes the program, or drops out midway.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

By registering for our programs, you agree to this strict no-refund policy. Any chargebacks or disputes filed with banks or payment gateways will be countered using this agreed-upon policy and the digital log of your registration and course access.
